Our Process
At APR Rubber, end-of-life Indian radial tyres (1000–20) are transformed into high-value recycled materials through a controlled, multi-stage process. Sourced from verified suppliers, tyres undergo inspection and contaminant removal before primary shredding into uniform chips. Advanced magnetic and mechanical systems then separate steel, recovering bead wire and radial steel wire.
The clean rubber fraction is processed through multi-stage ambient grinding and granulation to achieve consistent 10, 20, and 30 mesh sizes without chemical or thermal degradation. Precision screening ensures uniform classification, while strict quality checks verify particle size, contamination levels, and regulatory compliance. Finished products are moisture-safe packaged, efficiently dispatched, and can be customized in mesh size, grading, and bulk volumes to meet specific customer requirements.
